Returns or Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry and will do what we can within our return or exchange policy to make sure you are satisfied with your online or in-person purchase. Below are some answers to frequently asked questions and instructions on how to request a return or exchange.

Return or Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if ordered online or 7 days after an in-person purchase date.
  • Refunds: Returned unused items (for example, an item that does not fit or an item that arrived damaged). Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected. Refunds will be processed to the payment method used at the time of check-out.
  • Custom orders: Custom-made purchases are non-refundable.
  • Return packaging and shipping costs: Customers are responsible for packaging and return shipping costs.

How to Return Or Exchange a Jewelry Item

Step 1: Send an email to kyrijewelry@gmail.com or fill out the "Contact Us" form below and be sure to include the following information so we can process your request in a timely manner. We're a small business so please allow 24 hours during business hours (M-F, 9-5) for a response. Thank you!

  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Return Address (If requesting an exchange)
  • Pictures of items (if requesting a return without an exchange)
  • A note about why you would like to make a return or exchange and any additional details that you think are important

Step 2: Review Process

Once Kyri Jewelry receives your return or exchange form we will contact you by email within 24 hours during business hours (M-F 9-5) with next steps. If your item is authorized for a return, you will receive an email with instructions for how to package the item securely, ship it to the provided return address, and any additional steps to receive your refund or exchange. Be sure to keep tracking information handy until the package has been delivered.
